CANCELLATION POLICY

We require an 8-hour cancellation prior to the start of class. No exceptions. If you cancel a reservation after that, clients with unlimited memberships will be charged a late cancel/no show fee of $20 to the credit card on file. Drop-ins, class packs and any set class/month option, clients will lose the class. Please note, while we aim to accommodate all our client reservations, our cancellation policies are enforced to ensure maximum use of our Megaformers™, especially if there is a wait list for that class.

CLASS SERIES

There is a 6 month expiration on all class pack series options.

AUTOPAY MEMBERSHIPS

Autopay options automatically renew at the end of the contract term. 30-day cancellation notice required on autopay memberships and a $50 early contract termination fee. There is a $25 fee for suspension requests over 2 weeks long and we do not offer suspensions for a period under that.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

There are NO REFUNDS on single drop in classes or class pack series. Please be careful before purchasing. For our autopay members, we will be happy to swap you into a different autopay option if your schedule requires a switch.
