Where are you from? 
Originally Cincinnati (GO BENGALS!) but lived in Atlanta for about 9 years and South Florida also. Recently moved to AZ and am loving it so far!

What music defines your style? 
LOVE all music--hip hop, remixes, bangers, reggae, acoustic, country. BUT it's super easy for me to get pumped up to some hip hop.

What’s your favorite comfort food dish?
Definitely tableside guac and Ben & Jerry's Milk and Cookies ice cream.

What Mega move fires you up? 
Literally obsessed with ALL Lagree. BUT if I had to pick, I'd say a reverse curtsy floor lunge, twisted bear, or express lunge on 2 yellow.

What part of the world speaks to you? 
DEFINITELY West Palm Beach area (love it SO much down there) but truly love any beach. Also felt quite "spoken to" while along the Amalfi coast :)

Choose: cozy slippers or flip flops? Deffffffinitely flip flops! LOVE the beach all day long!
