  • STEP 1: GRAB OUR INTRO SPECIAL

    As a new client you’re eligible to try 2 weeks of unlimited classes for $99. Try all our teachers and classes and make BURN a part of your routine! After purchase schedule your first class on our website. You’ll be asked to login to your Mindbody account or create one if you’re new. You can also download the Mindbody app and save us as a favorite for even easier scheduling. Reserve your spot in advance as classes fill up.

  • STEP 2: WHAT TO BRING

    Wear comfortable workout clothes. We REQUIRE grip socks on the Megaformer and offer some of our favorites for sale in our studios. Bring a towel and a water bottle that can be filled at our filtered water station. No cell phones during class please!

  • STEP 3: WHEN TO ARRIVE

    Please arrive to class 15 minutes early for your overview of the Megaformer. This is also an opportunity to ask questions, tell us about any injuries and share your fitness goals. We can provide modifications and variations to accommodate different fitness levels or previous injuries. During the workout you will be moved through a sequence of slow and controlled movements, as well as fast transitions from one exercise to the next allowing you to maintain an elevated heart rate.

  • STEP 4: BE PATIENT & DETERMINED

    This is a fun and challenging workout with lots of cues and funny exercise names like Catfish, Bear, and Spider Kick to name a few. Be patient with yourself as you learn the workout. Our coaches will assist you and our small class sizes allow for lots of personal attention. Your first few classes will be challenging regardless of your fitness abilities. The key is to stay committed and to keep in mind that while it NEVER gets easier, YOU’LL get stronger!

FAQ

+ Refunds / Exchanges

  • There are NO REFUNDS on single drop in classes or class pack series. Please be careful before purchasing.
  • For our autopay members, we will be happy to swap you into a different autopay option if your schedule requires a switch.

+ Waitlist Policy

  • If a class is full, we recommend definitely getting on the waitlist! Not only will you have a better chance getting into a class, but you also help us determine where we need to add classes.
  • Once you're on the waitlist, look for an email/text from BURN that tells you you're in the class. If you decide not to attend class, please remove yourself from the waitlist to allow the next client in line a spot.

+ Cancellation Policy

  • We require an 8-hour cancellation prior to the start of class. No exceptions.
  • If you cancel a reservation after that, clients with unlimited and monthly memberships will be charged a late cancel/no show fee of $20 to the credit card on file. Drop-ins and clients on regular class packages will lose the class.

+ Late Arrival Policy

  • Please try not to be late! Clients often will drop in to see if someone doesn’t show up. If you do not arrive on time, your space may be given to someone who is waiting.
  • IMPORTANT! If you're new to BURN please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class to allow for a proper introduction to the studio and the Megaformer™. For everyone's safety you will not be permitted after the start of class.

+ Can I Do This Work Out While I'm Pregnant?

  • For our regular BURN clients, you are more than welcome to continue classes and we’ll assist you to modify accordingly. Please have your doctor's approval.

+ Is There a Minimum Age Requirement?

  • We require students to be at least 16 years of age and must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver for them. Any student under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in class.

+ When Will I See Results?

  • The workout is designed to work your body to muscle fatigue at which point you will need to rest. Depending on your fitness level, we recommend 3-4 times a week allowing your body proper recovery time. We get it if you can't stay away though....just listen to what your body needs.
